Dr.s
Larry and Michael Morrison, family members, and
staff have participated in over 14 missions
serving people in Guatemala, Jamaica, Nicaragua,
Guyana, Tanzania, and the Ukraine. Missions are
from one to two weeks in underdeveloped nations.
The program
provides vision care to individuals world wide,
that can neither afford nor obtain such care,
with recycled eyeglasses, treatment of eye
diseases and by performing eye surgery. On each
mission an average of 1200 people are examined
and fitted with glasses. The need for eye care
in underdeveloped nations is overwhelming.
Volunteers pay their own way. The compensation
is the satisfaction of helping others.
